Authentic style pulled pork roll with Birch & Waite Rib Sauced and Garlic Aioli Mayonnaise

Pulled Pork Roll

  • 1.5-2kg Boned Pork Shoulder, rind removed
  • 200g Birch & Waite Rib Sauce
  • 10 Mixed Grain Rolls
  • 2 Whole Baby Cos Lettuce
  • 100g Rocket
  • 150g Red Capsicum, sliced
  • 150g Green Capsicum, sliced
  • 150g Yellow Capsicum, sliced
  • 200g Birch & Waite Garlic Aioli Mayonnaise

Method

  1. Spread Birch & Waite Rib Sauce over pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight for maximum flavour
  2. Roast pork slowly 140°C for 3 hours. Rest for 30 minutes. Remove fat and rind. Using 2 forks to pull the meat to achieve a shredded meat
  3. Arrange salad ingredients and pork on roll
  4. Top with Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise

Chef's Tip

Use wraps, flat breads or Vietnamese rice paper as an alternative. Try Birch & Waite Smokey Chipotle for a different flavour
